1 Package Pepperidge Farm Corn Bread Stuffing Mix
1 c. Celery (about 4 stocks), Chopped
1 c. White Onion,Chopped
1 c. Dried Cranberries
2 Tofurky Italian Sausage Links, Chopped
2 c. Water
1.Start by chopping your onions and celery, add them to a pan with a splash a of water. Cook until onions are translucent and celery is tender
2. To the same pan, add chopped sausage and 1 Tablespoon butter, cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine package of cornbread mix, water, onion, celery, and sausage. Mix together until everything is evenly combined, transfer to a baking dish
4. add small bits of butter to the top of the casserole and place in the over for about 25 minutes at 350 degrees, you will know its done when the top is golden brown. (Baking time with vary on your oven)
Serve hot and enjoy with all of your other Thanksgiving favorites!
