VEGAN Beefy Salsa Dip

1 Can Medium Salsa

1 Can of Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis

1 17 oz. of American Style Vegan Cheese ( I recommend Follow Your Heart)

1 1/2 C. Vegan Ground Beef (I recommend Gardein)


1. Start by browning your ground beef in a pan, add in Salsa and diced tomatoes and green chilis

2. Chop Cheese into chunks

3. Simmer for about 2 minutes to flavor the ground beef and add cheese cubes

4. Bring temperature down to low as cheese melts, stir every couple of minutes to make sure cheese doesn't burn

5. Serve with chips and you're ready to go!
