1 Package Frozen Tater tots
1 Cup Vegan Cheddar Style Cheese Shreds
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Tbsp. Earth Balance Vegan Butter
1/4 c. Black Beans
Salsa (I made a quick at home home but store bought is great too)
Jalapeños
Avocado
Cheese Sauce
1.Melt Butter and add Almond Milk, bring to a simmer
2.Slowly add cheese shreds and stir to combine
3.Turn heat to low, continue to stir until everything is combined and creamy
Easy Salsa
1.Dice Tomatoes and Red Onion, and Jalapeños into small bite sized pieces
2. Combine ingredients, add your favorite seasonings such as chili powder, garlic, and salt and pepper
This recipe is simple! Cook Tater Tots according to package directions, top with cheese sauce, salsa, Black Beans, and Avocado!
