Vegan Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 20 oz. can of Green Jackfruit in Brine

1 8 oz. container of plain Vegan Cream Cheese

1/2 C. of Buffalo Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays)

1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 Tbsp. Garlic

1 tsp. Dill

1 tsp. Basil

1 tsp. Onion Powder

Salt & Pepper to taste


1.Drain your Jackfruit and heat on a pan on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, begin shredding your Jackfruit with two forks

2. Add in the Dill, Garlic, Basil, Onion Powder, and Apple Cider Vinegar

3.Add in Cream Cheese and Buffalo Sauce and stir together to make sure all flavors are evenly distributed

4.Once combined, transfer the mixture into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips, celery, and carrots!


** If you want to get fancy, put into a baking pan, add some vegan cheese and broil for 3 minutes!**
